Inspired by the space-suited pictography found on the pre-historic walls of the Corinto Caves (Morazán - El Salvador) and the wonderful idea that intelligent life forms, not of this earth, may have contributed to the birth of various human civilisations, OffWorld have garnered a sound unlike many in their position.

Formed between former Hard-Fi frontman Richard Archer and singer Krysten Cummings, alongside The Phil Spector of Lo-Fi - Wolsey White, Joe Strummer drummer Steve “Smiley” Barnard, and Amy Winehouse bassist Dale Davis, the outfit started out jamming old gospel, soul and funk numbers in Archer’s West London studio before finding a direction they could call their own.

With their debut single ‘Brave To Be Alive’ premiering on NME upon its release and a support slot alongside The Specials already in the bag, OffWorld have already made a huge impression on those in the know.
